I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting it. This policy describes how data is handled on my website oscarthiebaut.dev.

3. Data collected through the contact form

When you write to me through the contact form, I receive what you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and message. This data is only used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. It is never sold or used for marketing.

The message is sent by email through the Resend service and is not stored in any database on the site. It is kept in my mailbox for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and no longer than three years after our last exchange.

4. Browsing

I use no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. The host (Vercel) may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email me at contact@oscarthiebaut.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

6. Links to other sites

My site contains links to external websites. I am not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their own policies.

7. Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. Any new version will be published on this page.
